Your New Company

Momentum is a rapidly growing company specializing in digital strategy and execution. It was founded by Mark Schröder and Kim Pellikaan, both of whom have decades of experience in building agencies and scale-ups. Their goal is to approach strategy and execution in a unique way, not just by delivering PowerPoint presentations, but by actually executing the strategies they propose. In the next six months, they will build an online lending company from scratch for their client and create a dynamic pricing platform for one of the largest wholesalers in Europe. The ambition of Momentum is high and they are scaling quickly. Would you like to be part of this and start building on very challenging trajectories immediately? To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Mendix Lead Consultant.

Your new role

As the Mendix lead for Momentum, your role involves building an exceptional team of Mendix consultants. The goal is to create a team that is recognized as a great place to work and to expand this team to over 12 members within three years. Simultaneously, you aim to achieve customer satisfaction by maintaining an NPS score of 50+ while ensuring billability.

Outcomes

• Build a Great-place-to-work team of Mendix consultants
• Attract and manage 10+ team members in 3 years
• Maintain a 50+ NPS score from customers
• Deliver value for the customer, be billable
• Commercially responsible for renewals/resale worth 500k p/y

Requirements

• Mendix advanced or expert certificate with 5+ years of experience in building Mendix applications
  

• A completed Master's degree, preferably focused on hard science;
  

• Affinity with or a sense for IT, building solutions;
  

• You are fluent in the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing
  

• You work from the office or at the location of a client
  

• Able to develop strategy, make it understandable for the client, and translate it into implemented solutions. Keywords: Good with customers, presentation skills, comfortable taking the lead in conversations, ability to tackle complex problems
  

• Able to build and develop a team. Stands behind people in good times and in front of people in bad times. Keywords: Team Collaboration, Innovative thinking, Project management, Team leadership
